Chad Kelly to me has always been like a much less talented Jeff George.

Basically we are saying Denver QB next 4yr could be working for league minimum

Has the Mr. Irrelevant ever become relevant? Serious question..
Ryan Succop went to become a pretty solid pick at PK

Kelly is probably a 2nd round talent getting picked in the 7th round in what is basically a glorified Free Agent role. It's a hell of a pick for a team that really doesn't have a QB yet

He is talented so it wouldn't be that much of a shocker. I am surprised he fell so far in the draft . The Steelers should have drafted him instead of Dobbs.

Chad's performances against Bama alone you'd think he would be drafted in the top three rounds...

Because, according to Brett McMurphy, Kelly has "more baggage than a 5-car train"

That's funny. Kelly has more baggage than 5 star train
What about the guys who was accused of murder before the draft
Or Joe mixon who broke that woman's face and they played the video .
But Kelly has the baggage. I am biased against our players especially some of our free agents I don't think they will make it, but Kelly is the best late round pick ever and he will prove it on the field in 3 years.
Exact headline will be:
Mr irrelevant becomes relevant.
Bookmark that.

Poor fella served his time in the Shite Hole that is Ole Miss...... His own coach basically called him a functional retard with ADD.........good luck Denver fans ????????

There is no doubt he is the most naturally gifted QB in the draft and will come in to the league as one of the top 5 QBs as far as arm strength from day 1. He will stick and he will eventually become a star. NFL has proven they don't give a crap about attitude or off the field issues as long as you can play.

No.
Kid has talent but doesn't have it mentally. NFL QB is mostly about what's in the head.

How did that baggage negatively affect Ole Miss?
Are you talking about the now laid off Brent McMurphy?

The kid brought it more often than not in the SEC games that I saw. Not sure about character( which seemed ok at Ole Miss) but Kelly has it mentally.

I think he's going to be alright. We're here talking about his character and yet there's some other players in this draft that has done some more nefarious shite. The NFL will put up with quite a bit if you're talented. As long as he doesn't pull a Manziel and let drugs/partying take precedent over football he'll be ok.
