I've had better brisket in Missouri than I have Texas. Apparently it's not that hard to smoke beef.

after everyone tried the chicken once at bojangles in Starkville everyone stopped going and it went out of business quickly. If mississippians ain't eating it to stay profitable then it is mindblowingly bad

Im just gonna say it here because I can't find the other BBQ thread but if you put that watery vinegar mess on your BBQ you deserve to have your state house brimming with salty swimmers.
