Are they still letting them wear blue jerseys on it at the same time?
I know I heard something about they were going to force them to stop, but then there have been so many changes with conferences and crap, I have no idea if those rules still apply.

They do it because it gives them an advantage.
It's a terrible gimmick. Fields should be green, to which our eyes are developed to see many shades of and not be easily confused with.
They were forced to stop doing it once, but all the conference crap has apparently allowed them to do it again.
