You just have to play Miami and a bunch of nobodies as a path to the playoffs
Disagree with this too, the big is tougher than the acc but it’s a four to five bid league, you aren’t really competing with osu and Mich you’re competing for that fourth or fifth spot. The acc is a one to two bid league. You will have to go head to head with Miami and Clemson both who spend more than fsu for one spot. Maybe that changes with 24 team expansion but with all the parity/inconsistency in cfb rn a one bid league is not ideal.

If a big brand like FSU or Miami have a pulse, ie win 9 games or more, they’ll be in a 24 team playoff every season
Edit: I see I said last year they had 2, you are correct I had meant 2 years ago.

Fsu went undefeated and didn’t don’t make the four team. The acc is a one bid league most years. Hell in the big you’re just in competition with osu pen st Mich and usc, but since the acc is a one bid league you’re in competition with 9-3 sec and big ten teams plus the acc. Not a good spot to be

Dabos on the back end of his contract too, this is the last year 55 mil is guaranteed drops significantly after next season ends. So either he’ll have to get better or he’ll be gone like norvell. Anyway you slice it’s a program that funds better youll be on competition with.
