You are ignorant if you think the "$100 handshake" isn't prevalent in college sports. There is no paper trail. That is why it is done. Hell, it goes on in JUCO sports.

Please tell me where I said that doesn't happen. I believe every team is cheating by that standard, but I don't believe every school is paying the utility bill for player's parents.

Schools don't, boosters do. Coaches are just the ones that make sure the money goes where it is needed. The bama S&C coach called it a "loan". The HC may not know about it, but that is because he doesn't want to know about it.

I didn't literally mean the school when I said that but was just using that term to refer to each individual team.

My statement still stands though. I don't believe that every school has boosters that are paying for the utility bills. I'm sure some of the other bigger schools are but do you really think that boosters are going to that extreme at schools that sign a majority of 3 star players? I have no doubts that every team is breaking the rules if they are strictly enforced but not to that extent.

Did the second letter include any of the church dealings where recruits and players go to various churches to pick up gift cards?

With the new rules in place he better know about it because the HC is now responsible and held accountable for the actions of his staff regardless.

I would love to see a sequel to Blue Chips that highlights the way Ole Miss was paying kids in a montage

Pretty sure that's not true.

Well it's kind of irrelevant, because he's such a redneck that he said the opposite of what he probably meant.

I think Maryland used this fund to buy all of their players ipads or something like that.

I think football teams put their playbook on the iPads and that how they justify giving each player one.
