NCAA rules specifically state that, once you step foot on campus, you've got five calendar years to play four years of ball.
Guess who gets an exemption ? BYU - of course - for mission work. The service academies get an exemption - not that it helps.
A smart school would start some kind of ROTC, or public service program, to get an extra redshirt year to let linemen get older and stronger.
I always enjoy seeing BYU lose.

Nope. Just pure nonsense. People didn't show up to games or even care about UAB football until it was canceled. It's that simple.
The best thing that ever happened to that program was for it to be shut down.

My point was that UAB beat Saban's LSU team back in 2000.
