Are you serious?
If you want to talk about face-saving, it's having to come from the Alabama side now that Kiffin is their problem. I don't particularly care that much.

The only way they can stomach this hire is if they think we think Kiffin is somehow a good coach. The same way USC fans thought that's whey we got mad with Kiffy. It's kinda funny they need our hate to even like their OC.

What? I chimed in because you are using false generalizations. You were quick to say the entire fan base feels one way based on "your point of view". I respect that you probably living in TN have to hear the same shite over and over from the same group of people. I live in Colorado, but I'm from Knoxville and am there quite often. It's always going to be home.

The way Kiffin left UT sucked, there is no denying that, but hell he was what 34 years old and had been offered a once in a lifetime type job. Hope the dude has grown up some and learned from his past mistakes. Saban obviously sees some quality in him that he thinks deserves another chance. I am all for it as long as he is willing to work his arse off.
