While we're still talking about OU and as long as people don't "give a shite" , one of the funniest commentaries I saw on JFF in the offseason was from OU DC Mike Stoops: "If they can keep (Manziel) out of jail or keep him eligible, he’s gonna be pretty good." This from a guy with not one but two DUI arrests.
Is the threshold for being an effective DC 2 or 3 or 10 DUI arrests? I'm confused.

As an old curmudgeon I see that as a good thing. You young'uns have way too much free time, says the Old Fart.
LSU fans may not give a damn about this but Aggies still have 77-0 burned into their brains and this is important, dammit. And it's also important from an SEC standpoint because a big-time coach with a NC obviously still doesn't get it. Or maybe he just can't admit it to himself yet. UT may survive A&M's move to the SEC. I think OU will not. Which is a good thing. The bastards always pissed me off taking the best Texas HS players. But no more.

I remember when he hit that big 3 in game 5 Spurs @ Pistons....man he hit a lot of big shots.
