I don't know, but he obviously didn't run his potential comments past the SECr for vetting before making them.

The most plausible answer is that he isn't used to the SEC where "pep rally" meetings with the head coach actually get covered.

Or that he's from the B1G, where head coaches themselves barely get covered, and nothing of value is lost.

Back at Wisky, if BB had -- say -- been found after a motorcycle accident laying in a snow drift, a blurb would have been buried somewhere on the 25th page of the sports section, after news about the Packers' practice sqaud.
