Alabama was something like 2-8 in 1957.
I think that was during the "Ears" Whitworth Era...and if I am not mistaken, y'all didn't win a game that year.

My father in law went to Bama then.....it led to his unshakeable hatred of Auburn.

Alabama and LSU are still head and shoulders above Auburn.

How can you say that? Was your team that great last year to give you this reasoning?

Auburn has no depth, you guys will be in games this season but I think a division title is reach!

It is said here that Alabama cannot possibly be as dominant in the SEC as it used to be. Yet everyone is using the defeat of a division rivalry as a stepping stone to claim a battle with Alabama for the division title. People here are fighting amongst themselves for the honor of being a contender alongside Alabama.
I am amused.

Last year it seemed like we lost to every SEC west team BESIDES Auburn. That should tell you all you need to know right there.........

So are you saying its a two horse race or that Auburn has a chance to be in some games this year if the ball bounces your way? Make up your mind.
Right now its a 2.5 horse race. Bama and LSU and I'll give Arky a 1/2 horse in case they beat Bama this weekend and get back in it with that QB of theirs.
Auburn, seriously? You are just trying to be funny right.
