THIS. Bama fans will say that bamas is better and that AU fans will pick LSU simply cuz it's against bama (which some will) but honestly until bama plays arkansas LSU has the lead no if ands or buts

Going by competition played at this point it's got to be LSU and yes I'm a homer. BUT, we played on of the most explosive offenses in college football in week 1 and held them in check. Week 2 was a sleeper but we still held them to negative rushing yards. Now we're through week 3 and we just held a team averaging 300yds on the ground to 52. Meanwhile, Alabama opened with Kent St. and has to deal with North fricking Texas this weekend. We're as tested as it gets to this point. Alabama.... not so much. They'll have their hands full next weekend though.

Nothing I have seen says that LSU's secondary is better than ours. Both teams haven't faced a good passing attack either.
