Heather Dinich was the local newspaper sports reporter in State College when I was at Penn State. Penn State fans couldn't stand her then and can't stand her now. She has done well for herself, though.
Same with Trey Wingo. He was the local channel sports guy in Binghamton when I lived there. He eventually made it up to national sports guy, although I don't know what he is doing now.
