Does anybody have a link? I know the SEC is notorious for going to games in large numbers but was wondering if there is an actual statistic?

NB4 we have nothing better to do, and spend our life savings to travel to those games.

Va Tech has always impressed me with the way they travel. Went to the VT-UGA peach bowl several years ago and the crowd was about 50 50 which is pretty damn impressive for being an hour from Athens...

Makes sense for OSU and Texas to top the list. Huge schools with a ton of alumni.

I will see if I can find it. I don't know if ND really should be on the list since they are so scattered around, they don't have to really travel so much.

True. They have great fans. One of my favorite fanbases.

They have to travel such far distances to go to to other schools in their conference. No way they are in the top tier

Nebraska brought more people to USC in 06 than Ohio St did in 08 by a good amount. Nebraska brought almost 30,000 fans. It was ridiculous. They are easily one of a best traveling schools

I always hear about Notre Dame, but they didn't bring shite to the Sugar Bowl in 2006.

You think because they travel further that makes them lower on your list of best traveling schools?
