If this was nation , Ted Gin JR would be top 5 for sure. Devin Hester would probably be # 1

Arenas holds the NCAA record for punts returned for a touchdown. He was pretty much good for at least 10 yards every return, and at least a 25+ yard return every game.

Arenas gets the nod, IMO.

This is a stellar list though

Holiday... He was good if you gave him a hole. His ability to make people miss was Terrible though.

Arenas and James were the two best by far......they were in a league of their own.

It would be close. If Peterson returned punts his whole career like Arenas did, the numbers would be almost equal. I can't help but ask, WHY didn't we try Peterson back in 08 and 09 when we were struggling with finding a punt returner.

BTW...Holliday was rarely a punt retuner, he came in every now and then, but it was mostly Chad Jones.
