The Diamond classic in Starkville.

It features 3 teams, all of whom were in a regional last year.

Friday/ Saturday State takes on defending Big10 champ and regional host Purdue.

Saturday/Sunday State takes on defending Southern Conference champion Samford who also has this past sunner's Cape Cod League MVP.

Should be a good weekend of baseball.

Samford led the nation in HRs last year and hit 7 last weekend. Our pitching staff through 5 games has an ERA of 0.60

Rhode Island is neither a road or an island. Discuss.

What's the weather going to be like? I know it's going to rain in this part of Alabama today and tomorrow.

Id hate for state to play someone in a decent conference that doesn't have to practice in -10 weather

If LSU was playing Stony Brook, I'd call that the best series this weekend as well.
