Ethan Pocic for LSU. Most versatile offensive lineman we have had in awhile. Going to be big time by the end of his LSU career.

Not best player, but Austin Golson gets no recognition

I would say someone like Debo Jones because you never hear his name and he will be a solid starter all season.

Greg Pyke. Them RBs are going to be running through the holes he is creating quite a bit this year, and when there is no hole, he will just pick them up and toss them into the end zone.

Darrell Williams. Always over shadowed by Leonard Fournette, but the dude steps in and makes plays.

Brandon Lewis, a DE that was injured last year. He was ahead of Deatrich Wise (who has flashed some great plays) the last 2 years before injuries have derailed him.
He's the same size as Wise (6-5 275) and can play inside or out. If he stays healthy I think he'll get a lot of PT and make some noise.

Best player on the team outside of LF7, IMO. Usually very hard for an offensive lineman that is not draft eligible to receive a lot of attention, especially one that is currently an interior lineman, but will move outside.
But to answer the OP, I think the one guy that has been widely overshadowed is Ed Paris. Nobody really talks about him even LSU fans because and rightly so we have Jalen Mills and Tre White (well deserved new #18).
He was a "tweener" DB coming out of HS that really wanted to be a CB. He worked extremely hard to get better movement in his lower body, and really worked hard in bump and run technique. He has great size at 6'1 210ish, to not only cover bigger WRs but play with the smaller guys. He has solidified the #2 CB spot, and will shine because of the looks he will get opposite White. He will be the next 1st round DB out of DBU.

Actually, you are right. I HATE Missouri from the standpoint that Pinkel takes a bunch of unheralded players and turns them into an effective unit. He does more with less every year. Not much fanfare. He just goes out and gets it done. You never know how to gauge Missouri.
