back on topic....over all Ark has the nicest facilities.

The Nex Alex Box is the nicest facility for baseball, but Ark has the nicest football and basketball facilities in the sec and the Baum is the second nicest baseball stadium in the country.

I've been to bryant denny and its nothing special except for the amount of people it can hold. It's no superdome or anything. But thats not a bad thing, tradition is more important in college sports than in professional sports. Same for tiger stadium.

Alabama will probably have the nicest football stadium in the nation after this next expansion.

I went to the LSU/Bama game in 2007. BD stadium is very nice, but it's not quite the football showplace that some Bama homers make it out to be.

100% agree. The stadium itself is very nice, but the experience itself is meh.

O RLY?

Here are three separate lists that show Alabama as one of the top 25 most beautiful campuses in the country - On two of the three lists, we are the only "football" school listed whose campus is in the 48 contiguous states.

Alabama ranked #12, LSU nowhere to be found

Alabama Ranked #17,No other SEC school is on the list

Again ranked #17, again no other SEC school on the list

In actuallity it is still a POS...

Here is a pic from one of the Balconies overlooking the Zone in the new end zone expansion.
To me it looks like a very nice Hotel lobby with access to the skyboxes...which are of the very best quality.
The new expansion will be the same as far as the lobby and skybox access.

If you would like to see what a nice stadium looks like, you can set up a tour of the facility.
BRYANT-DENNY NORTH END ZONE TOURS
Tours of Bryant-Denny's North End Zone addition will be available on Tuesdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM by appointment only. Appointments will be approved on a case by case basis as time permits.

If not, then I suggest you not comment on things that you are ignorant about.

Where you there for the sugar this year? I think the new club level is great but other than that I agree with you.

But what about the amenities for the regular fans? I think that is where Arkansas takes the prize.

We had some real crappy facilities when we left the SWC (maybe some of the worst among BCS schools) and they wouldn't be much better had we moved to the Big 2 plus 10 others.

The SEC has pushed us to become a much, much better program and it probably shows the most in our facilities.

We used to have a 9k seat "Barn" for a basketball arena, a 48k seat ho-hum football stadium, a tiny baseball park, and average track facilities.

In the past 17 years we had to step up in a big way to have a prayer and I believe we have done so.

We have a long way to go before we are consistently spoken of as part of the upper crust but at a minimum, we at least look like we belong.

Agreed.
Arkansas has the best overall stadium as far as that goes.

I was. Sat in the endzone, which quite frankly may be the best seats because the side seats start about 75 yards away from the sideline.

I went when I was younger and again pre-Katrina. Having been in the GA Dome it kills the Superdome.

One thing that U of A needs to add is a BasketBall practice facility, which hurt us on some recruits this year.
