Besides Rice is there a worse D1 basketball team in Texas than Texas A&M?

Texas Tech is in the Final Four.Houston advanced to the Elite 8 and Baylor went to round of 32. Texas and TCU are in the NIT "Final Four."
Rice at least is very small university with very high academic standards. A&M is a large university with an "enter here" sign on the doors.
Supposedly a school with money to make a Saudi prince jealous and facilities that make NFL teams jealous could at least field a winning team.
Just surprising. Is the SEC too hard for Texas A&M?

Why do you think that is? Why do you think your school is so ridiculed on this forum and from seemingly every angle? Do you chalk it up to jealousy or envy or something?

There's 23 Division 1 Basketball schools in Texas, you only named 7 of them.

You do realize we won the sec a couple years ago and was in the sweet 16 last season, right? We are about to upgrade our coach so i think we will be ok

I guess the natural follow up is- why do you think so many posters are obsessed with aggy? Because it’s not just your dreaded sip contingent or even the LSU guys any more. Everyone bags on you. Why is everyone obsessed with aggy?
