You asked for it:

That's 169 wins for Anderson vs. 127 wins for Missouri coaching. 42 win difference.

78 wins for Anderson vs. 55 wins for Missouri coaching in conference.

All of this including one of Missouri's best teams ever, the Big 12 champs that earned a 2 seed. Unfortunately they exited the tournament in round 1 with a loss to 15th seeded Norfolk State.

I don’t remember this. I remember some comments about not game planning, about sticking with a style that had obvious flaws especially in a foul happy environment, about rebounding struggles, about Free throw struggles and all sorts of other questions.

I don’t know any Missouri fans who thought Mike Anderson was going to want to leave Arkansas.

More wins but NCAA appearances and conference titles are what count. Hell, Anderson only went 8-6 against us during the lowest point of Mizzou basketball history.

In your narrative. It also wasn't good enough for us either which is why we fired him. Now we're in position to land any of Beard, Sampson, or Williams and you're stuck with a coach that just won 12 games.

It really is amusing watching Mizzou fans try so hard to look down.

Mike Anderson took Mizzou to an Elite 8 in a few short years

Couldn't even get out of the 2nd Round with Arkansas over 8 years.

Pretty easy to see Mizzou > Arkansas

Well that wasn’t any more rational than Arkansas fans thinking he was taking them to some place special.

It was much less this and more just pure nostalgia for the style of play and seeing Mike back on the sideline. There were very clear flaws in Mike's philosophy early on and people noticed. I personally have wanted Mike gone for almost 4 years.

And that’s why much of what happens on these boards is idiocy. It’s all trolling.

Cuonzo has clear identifiable flaws as well. It’s difficult to have that conversation because of “hurr durr rant.”

Better google up on that all time record there hoss.

I mean...you're close and all...but after we hire a coach that actually runs an offense it'll be back to the same type whippings that we opened Bud Walton with.

I won $25 on that game...because I gave some idiot Mizzou fan 50 points. Hogs won by 52....stormin Norman was your coach then. Pinnacle and all.

Hilarious.

That's Exhibit B. He's responding to Exhibit A.

Sure. And that Exhibit A was responding to someone who for the last four years said Arkansas was clearly a better program and would prove it by Anderson accomplishing more at Arkansas than Missouri.

Eh, I would argue it is certainly more rational as we did get better and he certainly stabilized the job which we needed. If you are talking about fans who said we were going to be in final fours and championship games, sure they are dumb. Not sure what your point is, I didn't defend any statements like that.

If by “Go” you mean you citing irrelevant records from 40 years ago, no.
