Dont mix beer and wine. Drink one or the other. Wine usually leads to more manageable hangovers for me and takes less to get hammered. Safe drinking baw

Myth.
The amount of alcohol you drink and the time frame in which you drink it matter far more than the type of drinks you consume and in what order you drink them.
Drinking too much of any alcohol too quickly can make you sick, whether it’s wine, beer, or liquor. No matter what you’re drinking, pacing is key.
One big glass of water and aspirin or ibuprofen before going to sleep is also key.
So I’ve been told.

Always finish with beer. That goes for wine and likker. Never start hitting wine or likker after the beer.

Good advice.
I tend to stick to wine now.
Rarely drink beer.
