And the biggest difference between Calvin Johnson and Evans, is Johnson was a hell of a ROUTE RUNNER. evans not so much. Also difference between devin hester and beckham, ROUTE RUNNING. Hester was another poor route runner.

Evans is a mediocre route runner.

But he's only been in organized football for four years. He's played 3 seasons.

He'll get better.

If Beckham is so damn good at running routes, how come he doesnt have more reception TDs and yards than Evans?

How do you know Evans doesnt run good routes anyways? Seems you wouldnt be dominating at your position if you were just running around aimlessly...

Evans will play TE and be a monster.

Beckham is a much more gifted athlete and polished receiver, but it is a whole lot easier o throw one up to Evans on the fly, which is basically a&m's offense. It's easier for Evans to do damage.

Anybody can run bad routes and still get open when jff is running around in the back field for 10 seconds.
