As a fan, I liked when the home games were Friday because it felt like Saturday anyway. Then I woke up with the whole weekend ahead of me. I never had to travel or set up a tailgate on a Thanksgiving hangover though.

Friday games do LSU no good. We already get enough national attention. Arky wants it on Friday because a game against LSU is a rare chance to be seen by the entire country for them and gives them exposure outside their tiny, NFL talent deprived state. Why in the world would we want to facilitate that?

As an Alabama fan, after this year y'all can have the Friday game back.
I hate the Iron Bowl being on Black Friday. The day sucks, the 1:30 time sucks, it all around sucks.

I like Friday better. Its a tradition and nice to change up becasue every other game is on a Saturday,a nd though this is irrelevant to what we are talking about, I loved the 2006 game when LSU knocked off Arkansas who had won 10 in a row 31-26. That vicotry was sweeeett!

There is a Bama high roller that comes in my bar all the time...He said the merchants in Tusky are pissy about having the game on during Black Friday
