How does a good DC not know anything about offense? I would assume that a good DC understands at least something about offenses so he can game plan and make in game adjustments. I would assume that a good OC understands defense also for the same reason.

He was the HC and should know how he wants his offense and defense to be run in the SEC. He picked Dooley and said he blew me away at the interview and hired him. Look what happened to the offense it was very similar to the last OC that ran it. Odom is not a good recruiter and was a part of the problem for not able to recruit at ESL and other high schools in St. Louis. Now Drinkwitz was able to open up the recruits to those schools that blocked recruits to Mizzou. This is a huge difference and it will only get better after one year of coaching at Mizzou.

Mizzou has never, and will never, finish in the 20’s. The only reason he is where he is is because of quantity. His average recruiting rank is behind pretty much everyone he’s in front of right now besides Vandy.

We are 26th in avg ranking at the moment. What do you think is going to happen to your avg ranking as you start to fill the class out (Hint: it’s not going to go up)

Like I said, you’re tied for 36th, so now you know the actual ranking.

I bet he will enjoy the talent at Arkansas then and help them win more than 2 games. Drink hasnt coached a game yet, slow the eff down on this guy being a force in the SEC.

Drinkwitz beat North Carolina and South Carolina last year as a HC at Appalachian State with 2* and 3* players! He went 12-1! That is his first HC job and he blew it out of the ball park and will be a much better HC than Odom ever did at Mizzou.

Didn't realize UNC and USC were such great programs to beat

He will certainly face much more difficult teams now in the SEC week in and week out.

How was Appalachian State before him?

Didn't someone hire Durkin in the SEC?

Durkin was fantastic here at Florida. If Grantham had left I wanted him to come back.

I know you guys are upset that Drink turned you down and you had to turn to a career OL coach with bigger titties than your wife, but I’m sure it will work out just fine

I guess you need to check all that out since you are clueless about North Carolina and South Carolina. North Carolina almost beat Clemson and South carolina did beat Georgia. What did current Arkansas HC do at the HC level? That got to be great for your program without any experience as a SEC HC facing SEC west teams that is a lot better than the SEC east teams.

He’s currently out recruiting Drink so hopefully that’s the case. Just have to see how it plays out on the field.

Eh I'm happy with who we got

LSU is definitely in a good spot with that hire. When it comes to defense, you can’t go wrong with a Youngstown guy.

Oh I see that is what Arkansas did when Odom was HC at Mizzou! Go check out the recruiting class for Mizzou and Arkansas in the last 4 years! You will see huge disappointment what Odom did at Mizzou. Drinkwitz is expecting 2 or 3 more 4* recruits to commit. that is more than Odom got at Mizzou in any of his seasons at Mizzou. That is also huge improvement from Odom. So Odom was not the problem recruiting for Mizzou? Yes he is and he sucks as a recruiter and as a HC. I am glad he is gone and Drinkwitz is a huge upgrade for Mizzou.

Dude, look at the average ranking %....

And Arkansas only has 12 commits to Mizzous 16....

Which means... you only have a higher ranking because of your higher number of commits. While our commits are considered a higher quality even with a lower number of personnel.

Dude!

Mizzou fans are dumb. They can't get better players than a 2 win program
