Not defending. Simply stating that some of us, while enjoying the banter back and forth on a message board, do not define our lives by the outcomes of games played by others. Which was 7th in the SEC. We were dead last nationally in penalties against.

The refs didn't cost us the game. Our lack of a passing game and not being able to convert on 3rd down did.

What? We were dead last in the penalties our opponents got. We were 7th in the SEC in penalties on us.
You are welcome to break down the film and find specific plays where the refs purposely made bad calls, but the purest stats say we were on the lower end of penalties helping us compared to the rest of the league and country.

The SEC in general is pn the low side. Arent there like 5 or 6 teams below the 100 ranking?
And the difference being like 2 penalties a game between 1 and 14
