Davis was likely headed for a redshirt anyway. Emmons is the one that could be problematic.

Look like the NCAA has cleared them, wow that was quick.

Davis and King both cleared. Emmons situation still unclear.

I've been on other boards with him and I can tell you that he knows what's going on....it's common knowledge.

Don't we still have Derrick Gore?
If so he's not too shabby.

Alabama’s depth along its defensive line received some good news on Monday, as freshman Raekwon Davis and junior college transfer Jamar King both have been academically cleared to participate in fall practice. News was first released by Tide Sports (Tuscaloosa News), upon the eligibility made known for both players. Davis and King both signed in the Tide’s 2016 class.

Except you know that ole miss didn't recruit him b cause he wouldn't be academically eligible and was thought to have to go Juco. And low and behold!

This year, Alabama has Bo Scar, Damien Harris, Ronnie Clark and a bunch of walk-ons at running back, correct?
This year, like last year, I think Ronnie Clark was moved to RB to give us some depth...other than walk-ons, we'll have one true freshman Josh Jacobs...so we'll probably be just as thin at RB this year as last year. But, unlike last year (or any of the previous years under Saban), we don't have a very experienced RB at all, although Scarbrough could potentially be a good 'un...until the season starts, we really won't know what we have at RB...
