This is the third kid that I know that is the cost of the situation and the last two months . With gun and weed. What in the hell is going on here . Is there some big rap a song and say you got I have a pistol with your weed now are you smoke it out of the barrel or something

It isn't always small stuff either. In Alabama, ATVs, utility trailers, and watercraft aren't titled. More than a few people have bought a used 4-wheeler or even a full sized boat only to find out a few years down the road that it was stolen.
I have no idea if Robinson knew the pistol was stolen. He may well have stole it himself for all I know but the posters here who legitimately don't see how it is possible to unknowingly possess a stolen item are simply out of touch with reality.
Well if He would have bought the stolen gun off of eBay or craigslist then he could point to the transaction details from those sites to prove he reasonably should not have known the gun was stolen.
I doubt he has a receipt or any transaction history on this gun to prove that here.

I can't speak for all bammers, but most of have learned to not go crazy defending/discussing this kind of stuff. It just makes things worse. But, there's always a few that can't resist
