Hope your team is approaching the game with that attitude. Oh shite, it's Bama and we are Georgia. We can't possibly be the better team.

Guess the ULM Warhawks were the best team when they last played Bama. The mental side of this game is huge.

Bama my surprise me and squeak out a win @ Georgia, but Georgia is my pick to win the SEC. The East is due for a SEC Title.

Will LSU fans allow UGA to play Bama in a rematch if it's for the conference title?

Auby has little room to talk about recovery.

Well if you knew anything at all about Auburn, you'd know we are goddam experts at recovery. We go between shitty seasons and championships with the same talent. Drives us crazy.

Want to cheer for UGA as it looks like I'll be attending grad school there, but Alabama winning helps the Bears. So RMFT.

Georgia won't be challenged in the east. Having a good defense and a dominant run game is the recipe. Now they have shown that passing game is very capable. West will come down to LSU and Ole Miss in Oxford. Bama will lose three games.

I don't disagree with any of that.

You really think Bama won't be ready for UGA? If you think wanting it more will have any effect on the game then I am speechless.

Both teams are really good with strong running games. The key differences being the QB position and the game being in Sanford. Lambert seems like he'll be a pretty good QB which means Bama can't stack the box against Chubb and company. The emergence of Michel as a receiver will also put strain on the already weak secondary.

What this all truly boils down to is which QB can lead their team down the field for the win and I don't see any Bama QB doing that in hostile territory

Georgia wins bc they're better and at home.

I kind of lean this way as well. I think Alabama has better defense, but their offense worries me.

Last year, it was amazing how much production dropped off away from home for Alabama. If they do as poorly offensively as they did in the away games last year, I think the Georgia offense will just score too many points.

Not saying Bama wins but, we do match up much better with UGA than we did Ole Miss. I could see this game fairly low scoring 20-17ish with either team winning.

Bama's defense is overrated. Since the iron bowl last season, they are dead last in the sec in allowing opponents % of plays to go over 20 yards.

I disagree. While we have not seen the secondary be as good as in the past --- good luck trying to run on them.

What part of my post indicates I'm worried? I could care less. I'm an LSU fan, dipshit. It's a discussion board and unless you think the Warhawks are a threat to Bama, it's the next significant game that will go a long way to determining who might represent the SEC this year. Maybe you should wait until your period is over to post a response.

Doesn't look like anyone needs to run on them.
