Yes but Bama beating that team didn't inspire the fans as a great accomplishment. OM is a very good team and can win this game with more than a punchers chance but claiming Texas as adding quality to your schedule and validating OM is nonsense.

Tyler Siskey hired away from Ole Miss
Supposedly this is the guy who worked closely with Freeze on his gameplans, at the very least he has insight into how Freeze thinks offensively.
Not to mention Ole Miss isn't sneaking up on anyone this year, Bama will be ready for them it should be a great matchup.

If Bama had blown out CSU I think the Rebels might have a chance to make it closer than expected. But with the lethargic and lackluster performance Saban will have the teams attention this week in practice and the team will want to show out. Bama will finally plat up to their potential and will throttle the Rebels. 24-6 at halftime and a 41-16 final.

old miss defense is avg that's more than I can say for tamu the best team the tied has faced. vatech qb sucked big time but their d manhandled the tied in the trenches. the tied sucks at qb,rb,oline,dline & db.. old miss by 6...

Admittedly, I didn't read this entire thread; however, I think that 'Bama wins by two scores. Also, there are far too many references of sodomy, at least on page one. We probably should've thought this through before joining the conference. The SEC is apparently as queer as a football bat.

This statement is wrong. While our fans may still have a WAOM (frick you Sorantable) our players do not at all. Our players have something to prove and they truly believe they can win.
I read a write where a guy said for ole miss this is just 1 game. It's win or lose and into next week. For Bama this is their season their Natty their SEC champ. Bama has far more to lose and I expect Ole Miss to play like it.
If we can win/tie turnover battle, Not lose special teams, and not give up the big plays we will be in it till the end and will have Bama fans buttholes puckered till the end.
Not saying we will win. But we have every chance not to lose.
