Auburn plays top 5 teams UGA and UW away from home... Does Bama play a top 10 team? Top 25 on the road? (If you count the IB, then we should to).

bullshite...you know not of what you speak...that is, unless you think LSU's schedule is weak year in and year out as well...

Sagarin's Strength-of-Shedule ranking of Alabama and LSU since Saban's been at Bama (national ranking in parentheses):

2007 - LSU (11), Alabama (30)
2008 - Alabama (28), LSU (33)
2009 - Alabama (2), LSU (5)
2010 - Alabama (14), LSU (15)
2011 - LSU (7), Alabama (15)
2012 - LSU (15), Alabama (19)
2013 - LSU (25), Alabama (39)
2014 - Alabama (2), LSU (5)
2015 - Alabama (1), LSU (5)
2016 - Alabama (1), LSU (5)
2017 - Alabama (27), LSU (54)

Average - Alabama (16.2), LSU (16.4)

I’m just going to sneak through this thread and not mention our schedule and let the experts keep picking on Bama

any criticism of Alabama's schedule is really an indictment against the SEC as a whole

He didn't criticise bama's schedule, he defended it. Also, don't forget about that stellar OOC schedule.

I'd agree for the most part. I think Bama has been very strategic with their scheduling of ooc power 5 teams. You don't see many teams that run spread time offenses and utilize dual threat qbs. (Both of which have given Bama trouble over the years.) they're very good at scheduling middling power 5 teams that run traditional pro style offenses which Bama is more suited to stop. (E.g. Wisconsin, va tech, Duke. Obviously this year would have been different had Lamar Jackson come back.

I disagree...listed below are teams they've scheduled that either ran some versions of spread systems and/or had dual threat QBs:

2009: Tyrod Taylor / VA Tech
2010 & 2011: Rob Bolden / Penn State
2012: Dennard Robinson / Michigan
2013: Logan Thomas / VA Tech
2014: Clint Trickett / West Virginia
2017: Deondre Francois / Florida State

As for this year, when scheduled, Lamar Jackson was the QB for Louisville...even so, Jawon Pass is also a dual threat QB, and a highly ranked one as a recruit...

The OP (along with several others on tRant) is Bama fandom in its purest form.

No one could fake this level of stupid.

Nice underhanded troll.

But BS

Your own fan base admits to a weak schedule because there are very few home games to get excited about.

It was Louisiana Monroe that embarrassed Nick Saban and your program.

Don’t overlook the Ragin Cajuns this year
