Nothing to do with politics. The school cut ties with a donor with an attitude and agenda that was not aligned with the school's. Good for them but there was nothing alpha about it.

It’s not over the abortion law. Alabama refused to go along with some of his stipulations re faculty, and when he asked for the donation back, they complied. This was a few days before he spoke out against the abortion law.

I temped at an ivy league school in the donations area & read files where the school returned donations telling people they could GIVE MORE!
