Alpha AF regardless of politics

WOW: University of Alabama is returning a $21.5 million gift from its largest donor AND taking his name off the law school after he called for Alabama, including the university, to be boycotted over the new abortion law. LINK

I’m truly alarmed. Judge me as you will but if that loss of 21.5 million messes up Bama football I’ll be insane with anger. Over something that contraception would prevent. Women and Men better be glad o have no power in this country. I’d use reactionary tactics to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

ETA: I’m sorry I just don’t have a whole lot to be motivated about on this here earth and Bama football is one of them.

Hugh Culverhouse Jr. Diddy owned the Bucs and he's a bigger drunk than his Father.

The narrative on this is off the tracks. He was trying to dictate policy because of his donation. Then used the abortion law as an excuse.

Here ya go LINK Rather long but it gives you some insight as to what type of guy he is

quote:

Hugh Culverhouse Jr. has sometimes been at odds with his sister, a former college president, onetime president of the Buccaneers and founder of an organization that helps retired professional football players. Now, though, the siblings are united in their demand for answers.

He asked for 10 mil back and they told him frick YOU..we're giving it ALL back and vacating your name from the law school. You're right though...there's lots of other issues here to. Hell, he's not even a Bama grad (he's a Fla. grad), but his daddy was and Senior loved the U of A! Junior was just reluctantly following daddy's wishes, while trying to control the goings on at the school (it's called ego)....so the school told him to get lost!

Nothing to do with politics. The school cut ties with a donor with an attitude and agenda that was not aligned with the school's. Good for them but there was nothing alpha about it.

Take a look at his photo:

Would you buy a car from this guy? This guy looks like some greasy mob lawyer that has had his share of #metoo moments.

Of course the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree:
