Hard to consider it a crime, when it is legal in 1/3rd of the States. Kind of like arresting a girl for giving her boyfriend a blowjob in Alabama. Of course for some of the Bammers, the more appropriate charge would be incest.

Ten bucks says that the passenger claimed the sack and Cotton will have charges dropped. Then Saban will not give Cotton any punishment whatsoever. Saban has already set a precident that he is soft on marijuana charges so they think they can get away with it and they are right.
