According to Joseph Goodman, esteemed writer for AL.com, Tuna's performance should give you chills!
quote:

On Saturday, he wasn’t consistent in Alabama’s spring game at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Tua’s Crimson team lost to the White team 31-17. He had his moments, but it wasn’t a very Tua-like performance.

Kind of like the national championship game.

For Alabama, it’s time to start worrying. For everyone else, it is time to compare.

quote:

Some of those throws Tagovailoa attempted in San Jose were awful, and Hurts, the backup quarterback, saved the season in Atlanta. For all of Tagovailoa’s greatness in 2018, his struggles in championship games defined his first full season.

Great Read

Ever since that LSU game he hasn't looked like the same player.

What is going on? Could he be looking AHEAD TO THE draft?

Who is this kid, and why is he trying to be so edgy with regards to Auburn and Bama?

Eh that's all media today.

Joseph is a fantastic writer in my opinion, though he does want the clicks.

No crud talking in here! Just discussing an article that I found extremely interdasting.

So many questions.

- Is Tuna packing it in?
- Is having a safety net in Jalen not helping him?
- Perhaps the lack of competition coming from Jalen hurting him?
- Maybe he just isn't as good as we thought?

Lsu broke him? Go rewatch the Mississippi State game. Simmons and Sweat ate him for lunch and Willie Gay picked him off what twice?

Yes, but even in that game he wasn't making crazy plays like he had earlier in the year.

I will never understand Alabama QBs. They won a championship with Jake Coker for crying out loud.

While I would love to see the Tide recede, I don't have confidence until they actually do - in fact - recede...even if they have a sub-par starting QB.

State roughed him up, but before the LSU game he had 25 TD's, 0 INTs.

Then the LSU game happened and he had 6 INT's in 7 games. He threw the ball 42 times vs LSU, and missed on a ton of those passes. I think it all started to build from there.

Idk.. when i think of that lsu game i think of a broke leg tua running 60 yards. The only reason bama beat state was their running backs and our qb was better for them than tua was. And the refs of course

I don't know that Tua's 100% healthy.
