Miles has plenty of control over his team. they love the way he plays to win. The onside kick didn't result in any points. But it sent the message to both teams: There is no telling what we will do, to win this game.
Ryan Perriloux was about the fourth player booted off the team. The rest of the guys took notice. They don't screw around too much.

It is very easy to use hyperbole and exaggeration to build a straw man argument. Using 20 makes it seem like RP was in jail and had to be bailed almost every other fortnight.
Episode 1 :
Used fake license - got suspended
Episode 2 :
Involved in a fight outside Varsity (not charged) - got suspended
Episode 3:
Violation of team rules (unknown ) - kicked out
So contrary to your logic - he was not even given three chances.
These are the only known incidents.
Please don't use an "argument in vacuo" or setting up another strawman

This isn't as far-fetched as you might think. My aunt is a member of the Bengal Belles and Terry Saban still keeps in touch with some of them. I've heard several times that she absolutely abhors living in Gumpville.

Secondly, LuckyLes is right (for now). Moreno has been a great back for all of last season whereas Scott has been a great back for 3 games. Come on guys, let's not be complete homers.
