This is a strange thread, considering Arkansas Sports radio during the last week, has been consumed with calls about how to get tickets to the Alabama game, since the Arkansas ticket office is sold out.

I'm trying, because I'm intrigued now since yall are insisting you've sold all of yours. I've got season tickets, but I'm logging on just to try and see where these extra tickets are. I'm probably too late, I'm sure they're all sold and I'm having trouble getting in. I am nearly 100% confident they're visitor tickets though, we've sold out every game since like 1989 or something.

I have no idea where they came from, the email from the official website just said various sources. I titled it Arkansas tickets on sale, because, well, it's the Arkansas game. I don't know why a few of your brethern thought it was a shot at them. I was just simply posting information for folks to get tickets if they still were looking.

The only thing I can think of is us not bringing the band, but I know we are doing that.
Like others have posted though, I know for a fact no tickets remain for Arkansas fans to purchase through the UofA here. This was last week.

They're not from Arkansas's allotment. I'd guess most are faculty and/or athletic department tickets. Should bd pretty decent seats if so.

It only allowed me to look through about 25 singles (I cycled through all of them) and most were in the upper south endzone apparently. I did find one under the overhang next to the pressbox but I screwed up and released it in hopes of finding something better

So by "limited number of tickets" they for real meant like less than 100 singles? That's really odd, where did those singles come from and why does the university have them? Although the upper south endzone is visitor seating, doesn't seem like Alabama would have a bunch of singles up there. Really strange. Never heard of anything like this before.

Some ofthe upper south is faculty seating. I'm guessing that's what they were selling. University has been saying for years they would be cracking down in faculty re-selling their tickets, and I guess they finally are doing that. I'd expect faculty to get smaller allotments in the coming years.

Yeah, I'm a total dick but I turned in a friend's friend for abusing his faculty tickets. They're both Auburn fans, and he was selling all his tickets except for the Auburn ones every other year. he tried to sell me Penn State tickets for $150 each last year.
I hope his ticket priveledges were revoked.

Yep all singles. Was attempting to use this route to get a couple for a guy and his wife that wanted to go but only single tickets available.
