Yes this was the most tainted championship by a LONG way. LSU ran the table and that included bama, in what was one of the toughest schedules of all time. Thats what will be remembered.

dude...what will be remembered is alabama totally dominating lsu in the biggest game of the year.
lsu won against alabama in overtime in regular season play. by 3 points.
lsu totally had the crap beat out of them on the biggest stage in college football. i think the 50 yard line problem that lsu had in that game might be more remembered than the past alabama losses that you mentioned in your post...
