only on the SECR could we have an inside source about shuffling the Oline hours after an arrest and before anything meaningful happens.

You may need to ask around lol.

Maybe you don't know this but the Bama staff think of every possible situation, this being one.

Get out of here with this bull shite. No coach spends time on what ifs. Will they deal with it, yes, but to think the bama staff was prepared for this is asinine.

Wrong and wrong, but like your buddy above, ask around I know what I am talking about.

Why, what do you have to gain from it?

Very young OL now with no rusher with any decent amount of play time. This just evened the playing field some for USC who has a young DL. At first I thought they'd get ran out the building, but not so sure anymore. Could be a tight game.
Then you'd better call your book and get down on it fast!

Doesn't matter, he'll be as good as any starter elsewhere.

A felony? He stays on the team with a felony for a stolen firearm with narcotics charge?

If the charges stand he can't.

True, but some of you forget how politics work. These good ole boy lawyers will hash all of this out with the local law enforcement and get the charges reduced. Them baws aren't millionaires for nothing ya know.

You may know a thing or two, but to think any coach sits around pondering what ifs is ludicrous.

Korren Kirven

Was a 4 star DT from Virginia, class of 2012. He worked mostly with the first-team offense in Robinson's place this spring after Robinson had shoulder surgery.

Jonah Williams

True freshman, class of 2016. 5 star OT from California, who finished spring drills as the starter at right tackle, projects as the better pass protector, making him a possibility to fill in on a long-term basis if needed.

Hey dumbass, Cam didn't practice a down during the spring. What do you think the coaching staff was doing during that period?

I think you missed the point. They ponder what if, like why do we have 1st string 2nd string etc? It's all about being prepared and we and always have been.

Just because the gun (if true) was stolen doesn't mean that he stole the gun.

Not making it any better but he could have bought it from someone not knowing it was stolen.

Not trying to paint a better picture but this happens. He still cost himself a lot with this.

Are you that ignorant? Saban is a control freak perfectionist. Read interviews with his former coaches. They cover every scenario down to how many extra helmet snaps the equipment guy needs to have in his pocket. I'm sure there is a backup plan for a starter not being able to play.

Yea, we actually spent all of spring experimenting with our offensive lineman at different spots. I'm guessing of all the position groups they have an idea of their depth and contingency plans there more than any other.

I don't think anyone with quite his experience and talent. But, then again, he started as a true frosh. We will just have to see.

What a dumbass.

But who would be looking at filling his spot?

If you go by A-Day, it'll be either Kirven or Williams...however, both of 'em struggled against Bama's outside rushers, albeit it was only one game and a scrimmage at that. Lester Cotton could possibly get a shot at it but they seem to be happy with him at LG...
