Ill say it again.

Prairie view held that extremely athletic QB to negative one rush yards and 30 less passing yards.

Oklahoma gave up 100 rush yards to this guy.

And I’ll say it again, regardless of all that OU has a top 60 defense. That’s enough for them to win an NC. LSU is not going to win an NC and they will not be in the playoffs.

OU fans bragging about a “top 60” defense is hilarious

You haven’t even hit the Big 12 portion of your schedule. Your defense will be trash...like always.

You’ll run through the Big 12 because all the defenses are trash...like always.

Then you’ll get beat in the playoffs because you play no defense...like always.

It’s all pretty boring really.

OU would have zero playoff appearances if they were in the SEC

Lmao OU has played just as good of competition as Bama or UGA so far, and the big 12 actually has as good of defense as the SEC this year. You think OU wouldn’t have been second to Alabama in conference Both in 2017 and 2018? You must be blind my friend. That 2017 OU team with even a top 80 defense would have beaten both UGA and Bama. I guess all those years of OU dragging nuts on aggie and MUs faces has really caused some mental trauma. As a fellow Missourian I would hope you would have more sense than that.

Watch the games and you will see that day is here. OU has never needed an elite top 5 defense, they just need an average defense that gets a few stops a game. It’s the reality of running the modern offenses that OU pioneered. LSU and Bama are finding that out this year. Buckle up.

Lets have a look at what DallasTiger thinks of OU.

Texas won’t beat them twice. OU is in. I’ll risk a ban...

Is LSU your second team? No LSU fan i know would concede defeat to the fricking sooners.

Do you let Riley finish inside you?

I sense a lot of fear inside this thread. I know Alabama and LSU fans are worried now that they know what it’s like to run an offense that puts your defense on the field for 70% of the game. What material will they use to discount the big 12 now????

You sense that from what, stats?

Not sure why you are including Alabama fans in this - we've been lighting up scoreboards for going on 4-5 years now. This isn't new to us.

I don't really care about the Big XII but the Orange Bowl last year is a pretty decent place to start.

Wide open, hectic pace, basketball on grass begets a good defense.

Complimentary football is the way towards a good defense. Field position, time of possession. The more plays the opposing team runs the worse your defense will be. Thems the rules. Everything is geared towards offense now though, so really the best hope for these ballerina ball teams is that the rest of the country just gives up on playing defense too...and it might be happening
