They look scary good and most fans say this is the best of the Riley teams

If y’all meet them in the playoffs do you think y’all match up well?

Their defense looks much improved and their offense is much more balanced

I don’t think it’s a stretch to say OU is the best team
In the country.

Houston dropped 31 on them.

Houston also dropped 37 on prairie view.

Houston is not good. Oklahoma does not have a single staff member who knows how to coach a defense.

OU subbed the entire defense after half time. Look at the points scored by Houston by quarter. But yes. Everyone should be scared that an OU defense is in the top 60.

Great offense, no defense, typical of the big12.

Their defense does look to be improved and Riley is a hell of a coach. With that being said, Kyler Murray was a worse matchup for Bama. Until Jalen can prove that he can get passing yards against a quality defense, Bama has the advantage

Why in the hell would we be thinking about a matchup with Oklahoma on September 16th?

Either way, we certainly don't trust your analysis of Oklahoma and Alabama.

OU is the healthiest they've been all year, and Hollywood Brown will be 100% With Tua limping and now 3 guys out, i really think this will be a tossup. Kyler and that offense will score at will, and with Brown out, Tua will be running for his life.

Im going 49-45 OU

I absolutely agree with most all of your post. As of heading into week 4 my top five teams are Oklahoma, Ohio St, Clemson, Georgia and LSU-Bama are tied at 5th. The lack of a dependable rushing game has me putting Bama behind the other teams. Bama and LSU will settle it on the field so it’ll work itself out. Jalen is going to break more records with his arm and legs. As for the playoffs, I’m not assuming Bama is a lock at all. The only locks for the playoffs are Clemson and Oklahoma due to their conferences.

I'm anxious to see how Texas matches up with them.

The starters gave up 10 points to a crazy athletic QB you idiot. They absolutely pulled the entire first string defense after half time. LSUs defense looks like shite anyway. OU is still a top 60 defense. That would have won them an NC in both 2017 and 2018.

We don't play them but this Grinch, the new DC, will absolutely make a difference. He turn Wazzu into a decent defensive club and that's not easy given their defensive talent and Leach's focus on offense.

Their QB has yet to put up 170 yards passing. And his highest number was against...you guessed it. Oklahoma.

He also rushed for over 100 yards against OU. Prairie view held him to -1.

OU was up 21-0 against Houston and took the foot off the pedal.

They could have scored 60. 2nd team played second half

He's not a true LSU fan, he's always talking about or hyping up OU even on Tiger Rant.

He’s still a really athletic QB...why are we even arguing this? LSUs defense is worse than Oklahoma’s...OU would beat LSU by 3 TDs and will be in the playoffs while LSU sits home and watches Bama or UGA.

Jalen looks great, I must say, but OU’s problems are OU’s problems. They play no one. It’s hard to tell until they get to the playoff and then they lose. 0-3 in the playoff for a reason.
