And Sankey called it off because he knows he's in over his head. He's trying to win in the public eye. The SEC's lawsuit is meritless, that's why the court didn't even want to hear it.
If Sankey doesn't stop grandstanding, he'll be responsible for the PCSA hitting Speaker Mike Johnson's desk and getting tossed in the trash, among other consequences. I'm willing to bet all 15 presidents would stop clutching their pearls about Will Wade when they find out this little charade will get them called up to testify before congress.
Louisiana swings a bigger stick than any of the retards here want to believe.

Well there is a lot of big named comparable schools that would line up to take that slot right now. I don’t know what the SEC would do until some of these schools could exit other conferences but you can bet the SEC will have its pick.

No you folks don’t understand. The SEC and other schools pulled their punches because they thought LSU was coming around and they could work this out without the need of going nuclear. Now here LSU starts back up. At some point the league will just say enough and pull the trigger.

It's going to be dismissed, dumbass. It's an absurd complaint. The federal judge has already called Sankey's lawyers out for providing no evidence of the text messages that Sankey and the ADs at OM and TN assured Finebaum they had. More humiliation for Sankey. Along with great jeopardy of a RICO charge. That organized smear campaign was at the very least an egregious breach of the SEC's feduciary duty to LSU.
