its why br sets up inspection sticker check points. we can't stop the crime that is already happened but we can stop the future armed robbers by ticketing them for traffic violations.
fwiw expect jj to pull an armed robbery in a year or so, its the general time frame for when they escalate to more serious offense from that innocent traffic ticket.

Let me get this straight.. He has a court date in April of 2012 for a 'parking ticket' he received in 2010? That makes sense.
