Can’t teams tie their NIL deals in with performance based initiatives? Like if you produce you’ll get paid but if you suck, I’ll bench you

There will be a NIL cap at some point. Likely soon. Which will spread the NIL 5* talent around.
It will become more a game of X's and O's , than Johnie's and Joe's. Also , evaluating bargain 3* talent.
