Auburn whoring itself on current players, or not?

Good for him as he seems to be where he always wanted to be.
As one might suspect, former Georgia assistant Rodney Garner was a big reason the safety decided to transfer to The Plains. But Garner told Phillip Marshall of 247Sports.com that shouldn’t be translated as he or Auburn condones the type of behavior that got Matthews kicked off the team at UGA.
Really, why would you ever insinuate their was recruiting charges in the first place unless, you know it was true... Were you and Auburn recruiting a signed and active player on the UGA team? Tray did make those comments he was leaving anyway and just hadn't let the UGA coaching know yet after he was dismissed.
Garner said he believes Matthews will make the best of his second chance at Auburn.
Once again here he is mentioning recruiting and makes no reference if it's before or after Tray was dismissed. All we have to fall back on are Trays comments stating he was leaving the UGA program anyway prior to his dismissal. Was RG recruiting a signed and active UGA player?

You're almost certainly right, but nobody here is a fan of a program clean enough to cast stones. We're all strippers - the fact that one of us is breaking the rules and giving handjobs during lapdances doesn't really move the needle on the moral compass.

Damn bro, you're right. That is REALLY REALLY bad. I don't know how we will ever survive once this story gets out about a college football program recruiting a player. Thank you so much, silverdawg, for showing me the light. I officially renounce Auburn Univerisity and their immoral wicked ways. The evidence is damning and overwhelming.
