Auburn was a top 10 team last year while Sean White was healthy, bro.

Auburn was in the top 10 one week out of the entire year... at No. 9.

Trying to read too much into week 1 games against non P5 opponents is an exercise in futility. Hell, sometimes so are the games against P5 teams... Week 4-5 generally gives you a much better idea of what you've got in your team, as you'll generally have at least played 2-3 non-cupcake teams by then.

Agree. Some of our guys love them some stats. Even if they are against a very bad team

Im more concerned on how we do against good teams. No matter how we play or what scheme we have, we should be able to "out-talent" half the teams we play. The others, we are going to need to do a little more

This weekend should tell us some. But its a long season and we have plenty of good teams on the schedule. If we are what a few think we are, it will show

Im kinda on hold right now'

Auburn vs. Clemson: Game Analysis quote: Clemson played the toughest schedule in college football last year

There are currently only four active coaches with a championship - Urban, Sabah, and Jimbo. When it was all said and done, Clemson beat all three in one season, to go along with beating Auburn on the road and winning the ACC which was the best overall conference LAST YEAR.

Clemson definitely had a tough road to being devlared the champ.

Can't argue that.

Both QBs will crator under pressure this week and both will toss interceptions.

The team that wins this game will be the team that stops the run better.

They were drummed at home last season by Pittsburgh.

I don't see the value of comparing QBs or RBs since they don't compete against each other.

He was only healthy for one week?

By your metric LSU was a top-5 team last year when Brandon Harris was starting.

A 1 pts loss to a team that also beat Penn St. Round and Round we go. Let's just see Saturday night instead chest pumping.

I did it with the thought of the opposition they'd be facing.

Frick stats and analysis based on week 1 throwaway opponents. We will see what both teams are made of this week.

Also, the only other coach I know that has done that is Saban in 09. He beat Miles, Meyer and Mack Brown. Chizik beat Saban and Miles in 10.

WDE! I work in Opelika, have been hearing the hate all week mainly from bitter Georgia fans how we have no chance in winning this game. Quite frankly, they can't wait to see us lose, but I think after this game Saturday, a lot of dawgs will be hiding in their dog houses.

You can't be that stupid.

When SW was healthy, Auburn was playing like a top 10 team which culminated to a #9 ranking. When he got hurt Auburn got worse.

I'm for Auburn because I like Stidham. I didn't watch Clemson last week but I watched the entire Auburn game. I know it was just game 1, but they'll have to get a LOT better to have a shot against those Clemsonites that put my team in their cemetery twice in a row.

>name-calling

So you would've maybe beaten Georgia and hung in the top 10 two more weeks until Bama and Oklahoma crushed you.

Sean White's good, but he's not playing this week, and y'all weren't a top 10 team last year.
