That is not nearly the same thing as being fired without the head coach being fired too

Don't get me wrong Aubies, yall got talent. But forgive me if I strongly disagree that it's top 3 or even top 5 in the SEC right now.
Yall brought in a great class this past year, especially on the DL but 3rd behind Bama and UF? Sorry, not the case imo.

They got a lotta talent "on paper", that talent hasn't proven much on the field.

The article should be titled teams with most player potential. Auburn has top potential talent but has lacked the coaching under Chizik. Rankings coming in Auburn is up that high.

Gus & staff have a ton to undo and a lot of reprogramming those guys. He earns every dollar he makes if he can get those boys competing again. Fanbase is gonna have to have to show patience.
