To set the record straight, I never made light of anything.
I told you if you couldn't keep your emotions in check and handle comments that you disagree with (in reference to the shooting in Tuscaloosa) that you probably shouldn't be in the thread.
I told you to frick yourself when you tried to play the big boy card on me.
I don't regret a single thing I said.
And, yes, I realize I replied to wrong person, but I don't regret that either.

Went back and looked at old youtube videos of McDonalds surveillance and all of them are video only, no audio. So this dad's claim that video would support the claim is incorrect. All it would show is an altercation.

While I agree that is a good place to start, I don't neccessarily think that one can say that a particular McDonalds wouldn't have audio because Youtube clips don't...just me though.
I bet it is some shithead with a camera on his phone. What is that site they post alot on the OT? World Hipster or something?

the tape doesnt have to prove his claim in order to support it. he, or rather his attorney, will use it to help make his case though

Exactly what case is he looking to prove? Can't sue someone for dropping an Nbomb(if it was dropped). If his case is about being arrested, what relevance would it have to the case????
