Wow. If that stat is true that's honestly impressive. They've been decent for a while now

Probably because it's so slippery with sweat.

Uh, wasn't Houston #4 when Auburn beat them at home just a few weeks ago?

That wasn’t a home arena game.
Scott Van Pelt announced the streak on ESPN after the Duke loss.

Since it was in Houston's NBA arena it did not count as a road game. Fact is AU has beaten 3 teams that have been in the top 10 this year away from Auburn. I wouldn't worry about that stat.

Well, that's nice and all. It's not true, but that's nice that you continue to show your lack of being an Auburn fan with posts like this.
We won on the road against #24 Bama during the 2021-2022 season, and have literally only played five games on the road against ranked opponents outside of this game against Duke since (Tenn three times and Bama twice).
I'm pretty sure Bruce hasn't even played 28 ranked teams on the road since he's been at Auburn if they aren't counting neutral site games.

He said the streak dates back to the 90s. Maybe he meant top 10 or top 15 teams on the road. I thought he said ranked teams but I might’ve misheard him.

Could it be ranked OOC road games? I’m drawing a blank

auburn has about the same rep in football. Getting auburn away from the cult home voo doo has a real affect on their mentality and the refs are a little less swayed.
