An embarrassing season?

Is it as embarrassing as playing an ineligible player and then having one of your players getting busted with pounds of weed?

I never said the word embarrassing, but okay.

Would a win get all the Auburn folks off of his arse? If so, I'm damn sure pulling for him!

I don’t think it’s nothing.

There’s something to be said for winning 4-5 games in a row against solid-not-great competition.

Agree. I'm actually pretty proud of this Auburn team for their effort in this tournament. Would have been very easy to shut it down. Not that the competition is strong, but it's also not terrible, and we haven't won 4-5 in a row (against anyone) in quite a while.

I was for playing in the NIT, but admittedly wasn't excited about it. I'm not excited about the final either, but I think getting "left" out, taking your lumps, winning what is put in front of you - some dignity in that I think.
