I get it. When basketball is all you have and it’s been over 2 decades with a single lonely championship, the message board commenting resorts to a lot more hollow finger pointing. Sad state of affairs in the Bluegrass (I mean, losing record last year?!?!…woof) and your team not looking like a serious contender this year either, really causes one to drink bourbon and sing the Blues.

Not to mention paying an exorbitant amount of money for a coach with a life time contract that has won the same number of championships as Tubby.

I take it back, I don’t get it. Our high priced coach has 6 championships and played for 3 more. I can’t sympathize…have fun with Cal.

We beat them at home by 12 and they beat us in their home by 1 when they needed a desperate win. We got the better half of them this year.

We turned the ball over too much. It is that simple. I wouldn't really credit Florida's D either...it was just sloppy play on Auburn's part.

However, that still didn't lose the game. Florida deserves a ton of credit for hitting several big shots throughout the game to keep it close and at the end of the game to find the cushion to hold on for a win. Props to Florida...hoping y'all make the tourney.

As baffling as the end of regulation against arkie was this was worse.

Auburn has been competitive in all 3 losses. I would not be worried.

What are you on? You gonna pretend that game in January didn’t happen? That how a sports series would work. Everything I said is an objective statement. Sorry you can’t cope.

That’s still a span of at least 13 games roughly

Auburn had some REALLY bad teams before Pearl. And as much as we shite on Mike White he hasn't had any bad ones yet.

Winning on the road in the SEC is hard no matter how good or bad a team is playing.

Not if your team is a top 5 team! Auburn doesn't deserve to be ranked number 2. That is why top teams may lose to a good team but losing to a bad team on the road or not shouldn't be a top 5 team.

Clearly you don't understand English when using the word "objective".

You literally just said Auburn got the better of Florida in the season series.

Florida was within 2 points with 5 minutes left in the game at Auburn.

Auburn didn't have a single lead in the first half against Florida yesterday.

Try again Thunderdumbo.

This is a stupid thread but when did half time leads mean anything, in any sport, ever?

It doesn't mean shite - unless you make a statement like Thunderdumbo did.

His post:

That 12 point win was not indicative at all of how that first game went

In fact, UF is arguably the only team all year to make Kessler look pedestrian.

And I say this as someone who absolutely cannot stand watching UF play basketball under Mike White - it is fricking painful.
