If we win we get to rematch with UGA in a play in game
If we lose Malzahn goes to Arkansas and we get a fresh start with a new coach
If we lose Malzahn goes to Arkansas and we get a fresh start with a new coach

Why would you want Malzahn to leave? He's been good for Auburn. No?

So you’re going to lure a coach to Auburn with the understanding that it’s “make the playoff or gtfo”?
Good luck!
Good luck!

You do know most coaches have a winning mentality. They expect to win.

He’s not leaving unless he gets fired. Trust me. I post on a message board.

Which would lead to losing Gatewood, Asa Martin, and others if Gus leaves. Not to mention Gus has actually done a pretty good job this year.
Not a win-win at all.

I agree.
We have some in our bunch who don't have a lick of common sense.

No Auburn person with a brain wants Gus gone.

I will withhold judgement until after the Iron Bowl.
1. Lets see if he will let Lindsey call the game.
2. Lets see if he remembers which set of O-linemen have been playing the best as of late or if he will start the 2 guys that haven't done shite the last couple of games and have had to be pulled due to their nagging injuries that Gus started just because they were the starters before they got hurt.

As it has been said, only Auburn fanatics want him gone. Reasonable people see the strengths and prefer them to tearing things down.
